A pessoa Jovem Aprendiz - Auxiliar Administrativo irá operacionalizar os sistemas específicos de sua área de atuação, utilizando os programas à sua disposição, contribuindo para agilização das rotinas de trabalho. Irá também auxiliar nas atividades administrativas diversas da área de atuação. Apoiar na organização do arquivo físico e eletrônico dos documentos, entre outras atividades da área de atuação.

Se esta função está alinhada ao seu propósito profissional, vem pra CAMED MICROCRÉDITO!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar nas atividades administrativas diversas da área de atuação; Apoiar na organização do arquivo físico e eletrônico dos documentos; Auxiliar com planilhas e cadastro de informações nos sistemas do setor; Receber as solicitações de demandas e respondê-las ou encaminhá-las, caso não seja de sua responsabilidade; Ter iniciativa e contribuir para o bom funcionamento da sua área de atuação; Zelar pela guarda e conservação dos arquivos de documentos; Apoiar no atendimento ao cliente interno e externo; Entre outras demandas relativas à área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios: Idade entre 18 e 23 anos; Conhecimento em Pacote Office - Básico; Disponibilidade para o período da manhã ou tarde; Ensino médio (cursando ou completo) ou ensino superior em andamento; Cumprir a carga horária (4h/dia) no ambiente de trabalho bem como no curso; Acompanhar o curso de qualificação orientado pela instituição parceira, IEL (2x por semana). Desejável: Ter interesse em rotinas administrativas.

Observação: Após contratação, o(a) jovem realizará um programa de aprendizagem.? O programa obedece aos critérios legais de legislação da aprendizagem fazendo a articulação: formação profissional e trabalho.Informações adicionaisSalário: Salário Base (hora) de R$ 10,88.
