Buscamos um(a) Jovem Aprendiz para apoiar a rotina administrativa do nosso escritório e garantir que pessoas, equipamentos e estrutura estejam sempre prontos para o dia a dia. Você vai aprender na prática sobre recepção e atendimento aos colaboradores, compras, envio de equipamentos e manutenção do escritório. Não é necessário ter experiência anterior, só vontade de aprender e crescer com a gente. Se você é organizado(a), pontual e gosta de se antecipar às demandas, essa oportunidade é para você. Apoiar a recepção e o atendimento aos colaboradores no escritório Auxiliar no controle das solicitações de compra e no recebimento de materiais Apoiar a organização e o acompanhamento do envio de equipamentos Auxiliar no controle de insumos do escritório Acompanhar as demandas de manutenção do escritório Apoiar demandas administrativas gerais, incluindo rotinas de Recursos HumanosRequisitos e qualificaçõesREQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES Ensino médio completo ou cursando.Boa comunicação escrita e verbalOrganização no acompanhamento de demandas e controlesResponsabilidade, pontualidade e vontade de crescerTer entre 16 e 23 anos completos, conforme os critérios do programa de aprendizagem;Ter disponibilidade para cumprir a jornada prevista;Atender aos requisitos de escolaridade e matrícula no curso de aprendizagem.
