O Processo seletivo de Jovem Aprendiz por Banco de Talentos tem como objetivo reunir e armazenar informações de jovens que desejam iniciar a sua carreira e que tenham interesse em oportunidades nos municípios de nossa regional.Através desta modalidade, sempre que houver oportunidades, o cadastro do jovem será analisado e o mesmo poderá ser convidado a participar de avaliações com intuito de identificar seu perfil e potencial para futuras oportunidades que poderão surgir no seu município.Esta vaga será permanente, ou seja, uma vez inscrito, seu interesse já estará registrado.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEm conjunto com a prática de atividades exercidas na agência do Sicredi do seu município durante 4 horas diárias no turno inverso ao escolar, o jovem participará do Programa de Aprendizagem onde frequentará semanalmente aulas que serão ministradas pela instituição de ensino parceira da cooperativa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSomos movidos pela satisfação de nossos associados e pelo desenvolvimento das comunidades onde atuamos.
