A Bap é uma administradora de condomínios e imóveis com mais de 50 anos de história no Rio de Janeiro. Somos presentes, transparentes e diferentes, e é exatamente isso que buscamos em quem chega aqui. Estamos em busca de um(a) jovem organizado(a), atento(a) aos detalhes e com muita vontade de aprender para integrar nosso time na área de Centro de Documentação (CEDOC), pelo Programa Jovem Aprendiz. O CEDOC guarda a memória documental de mais de 400 condomínios administrados pela BAP: contratos, atas de assembleia, notas fiscais, pastas de prestação de contas e muito mais. Quando um síndico ou um colega precisa de um documento, é o CEDOC que garante que ele seja encontrado certo e rápido. No dia a dia, você vai receber, conferir, protocolar, digitalizar e organizar documentos, aprendendo na prática como funciona a rotina de uma administradora de condomínios. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesReceber, conferir e protocolar documentos enviados pelos condomínios e pelos times internos, garantindo que nada chegue ao arquivo sem registroDigitalizar e cadastrar documentos no sistema com a nomenclatura e a indexação corretas, para que possam ser localizados com rapidezOrganizar e manter o arquivo físico (caixas, pastas e etiquetas), preservando a integridade da documentação dos condomíniosControlar retiradas e devoluções de documentos solicitados por outros times, assegurando que tudo retorne ao arquivoApoiar o recebimento e a conferência da documentação de novos condomínios que chegam à BAP, contribuindo para uma implantação sem pendênciasSeparar documentos para guarda ou descarte conforme os prazos definidos, mantendo o arquivo enxuto e atualizadoRequisitos e qualificações Ter entre 16 e 24 anos, sem limite de idade para pessoas com deficiência, conforme a Lei da Aprendizagem (nº 10.097/2000); Ter Ensino Médio completo ou estar cursando o Ensino Superior (preferencialmente em Arquivologia, Biblioteconomia, Administração ou áreas afins); Disponibilidade de horário compatível com o programa de aprendizagem.
