O Jovem Aprendiz irá auxiliar nos processos da área Recursos HumanosApoiar o controle e tratamento de ponto eletrônico dos colaboradores.Manter organizados e atualizados os arquivos físicos e digitais da área de Recursos Humanos.Prestar suporte no atendimento aos colaboradores, esclarecendo dúvidas e direcionando demandas quando necessário.Auxiliar nas rotinas administrativas de RH, incluindo gestão de benefícios, admissões, integrações e atualização de cadastros.Apoiar na conferência e lançamento de informações em sistemas internos.Auxiliar na elaboração, controle e arquivamento de documentos relacionados aos processos de RH.Dar suporte às ações de comunicação interna e engajamento dos colaboradores.Acompanhar e apoiar processos de treinamento e desenvolvimento.Auxiliar no controle de documentos trabalhistas e vencimentos de certificados, exames e treinamentos.Realizar atualização de planilhas e indicadores da área.Apoiar a organização de eventos, campanhas e ações internas promovidas pelo RH.Executar atividades administrativas gerais, seguindo os procedimentos e políticas da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar nos processos da sua área de atuação, organizando documentos conforme orientação recebida, verificando padrões definidos, verificando precedentes ou parâmetros prévios definidos, de forma a atender os requisitos necessários para cada atividade;Auxiliar em levantamentos internos, buscando dados e informações conforme solicitação recebida de seu superior imediato, com objetivo de atender as demandas da sua área de atuação;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo ou cursando, com idade entre 18 a 24 anos de idade, com noções básicas do pacote Office e alguma experiência em atividades da sua área de atuação.Noções sobre os produtos e serviços comercializados pela empresa.Senso de organização, iniciativa, proatividade e relacionamento interpessoal.
