Estamos em busca de um(a) Jovem Aprendiz em Atendimento para apoiar nas rotinas operacionais e administrativas da área, contribuindo para a organização e eficiência dos processos. Essa pessoa auxiliará no atendimento aos clientes por e-mail e chat, prestando suporte e contribuindo para a resolução de dúvidas e solicitações de forma ágil e cordial, além de colaborar no registro e acompanhamento das interações, garantindo uma experiência positiva em todos os pontos de contato. Também dará suporte na coleta e organização de feedbacks dos clientes, contribuindo para o aprimoramento contínuo dos produtos e serviços, bem como no controle de informações em sistemas, planilhas e relatórios simples. Sob orientação, apoiará na interação com diferentes áreas da empresa para garantir que as necessidades dos clientes sejam atendidas e terá a oportunidade de aprender sobre estratégias de fidelização e relacionamento com o cliente. Durante a jornada, também poderá desenvolver conhecimentos em ferramentas digitais, como plataformas de atendimento (ex: Zendesk) e Google Drive.
