Procuramos jovens com vontade de aprender, responsabilidade, comprometimento, curiosidade e interesse em desenvolver suas habilidades profissionais em um ambiente colaborativo e de constante aprendizado.Essa experiência proporcionará uma excelente oportunidade para conhecer a rotina do Laboratório Cristália, desenvolver competências profissionais e construir uma base sólida para o crescimento na carreira.Em breve, estaremos com mais de 10 vagas abertas (Administrativo e Operacional) para o Programa Jovem Aprendiz em nossas unidades de Itapira/SP.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministrativo: • Apoiar as rotinas administrativas, contribuindo para a organização e o bom andamento das atividades diárias;• Realizar organização, conferência e arquivamento de documentos físicos e digitais;• Auxiliar na atualização de controles internos, cadastros por meio de planilhas e sistemas corporativos;• Prestar suporte no lançamento e acompanhamento de informações administrativas;• Apoiar o atendimento de colaboradores e áreas internas, direcionando demandas e auxiliando na busca de informações;Operacional: • Apoiar as atividades operacionais da área produtiva, acompanhando os processos e aprendendo sobre as rotinas industriais;• Auxiliar na embalagem manual de produtos, seguindo os procedimentos e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos;• Contribuir para a organização e limpeza do ambiente de trabalho, promovendo boas práticas de segurança e organização;• Apoiar o controle e abastecimento de materiais necessários para a execução das atividades produtivas;• Auxiliar no preenchimento de controles operacionais e registros produtivos;• Dar suporte às equipes de produção nas atividades do dia a dia, participando do acompanhamento dos processos e desenvolvimento das operações;• Atuar em conformidade com os procedimentos de qualidade, segurança e boas práticas adotados pela empresa.Requisitos e qualificações• Ensino Médio Completo ou Cursando; • Cursando Técnico, Tecnólogo ou Graduação, será um diferencial; • Conhecimento Básico Pacote Office (Excel, Word, Power Point...);• Vínculo ativo com a entidade formada GUARDA MIRIM e/ou estar disposto a ter este vínculo; • Disponibilidade para trabalhar de Segunda a Sexta (08:00 às 15:00 ou 4h/dia - seja pela manhã ou à tarde); • Vaga destinada para -18 anos e também para +18;• Residir em ITAPIRA/SP, pois as vagas serão para nossas Unidades da cidade mencionada.
