Responsável por apoiar o departamento nas atividades administrativas gerais de natureza simples, atuando alinhado com os valores da empresa e as políticas da área e do negócio, a fim de prestar auxílio ao que for solicitado, de acordo com os procedimentos da área de Marketing do Shopping Center Norte.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAuxiliar nas rotinas do departamento com atividades administrativas, garantindo os prazos de entregas solicitados.Manter atualizado os arquivos de documentos administrativo, organizando e classificando por ordem, de acordo com os procedimentos da área.Dar apoio ao acompanhamento da concorrência nas redes sociais, assim como fazer bench de boas práticas, garantindo a replicação adequada para o nosso empreendimento;Efetuar controles administrativos e acompanhamentos de natureza simples, registrando dados em planilhas apropriadas, conferindo-os, visando prestar informações precisas.Apoiar no fortalecimento da cultura de sustentabilidade da empresa, respeitando as diretrizes, normas e políticas socioambientais aplicáveis. Assim, dentro de suas atribuições e responsabilidades, atuar sempre de forma ética, proativa, segura e responsável, minimizando os impactos ambientais, incidentes de trabalho, entre outros.
