Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesVocê vai atuar no time de Recursos Humanos, apoiando as iniciativas de Cultura, Comunicação Interna e Endomarketing. No dia a dia, terá contato com diferentes áreas e colaboradores, participando de ações que ajudam a fortalecer nossa cultura, promover o engajamento e tornar a experiência das pessoas ainda melhor.Apoiar a organização e execução de campanhas de engajamento e comunicação interna;Auxiliar na divulgação de comunicados, campanhas e ações para os colaboradores;Apoiar a organização de eventos, comemorações e ações internas;Auxiliar na preparação, organização e distribuição de brindes e materiais;Apoiar ações de endomarketing e iniciativas relacionadas a datas comemorativas;Dar suporte aos colaboradores em dúvidas e orientações relacionadas às ações internas;Apoiar a atualização e organização dos canais de comunicação interna;Auxiliar na criação de conteúdos simples para comunicados e campanhas;Apoiar a organização de listas, controles, planilhas e materiais da área;Auxiliar nos registros de eventos e ações internas, como fotos e vídeos;Contribuir com ideias para campanhas, eventos e iniciativas de engajamento;Apoiar as demais rotinas de Cultura e Comunicação do time de RH.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio cursando ou completo;Conhecimentos básicos em Informática (Word, Excel e PowerPoint);Boa comunicação e facilidade para interagir com pessoas;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e vontade de aprender.É um diferencial:Conhecimento básico em Canva ou ferramentas de criação;Afinidade com comunicação, redes sociais, fotografia e vídeos;Interesse por eventos, cultura organizacional, comunicação interna e endomarketing.
