En nuestro Topaz Team, fomentamos un ambiente de colaboración real donde tu curiosidad se premia y tu potencial se expande, aprendiendo de los mejores para resolver desafíos complejos.¿Estás listo/a para ser protagonista de esta evolución? ¡Queremos conocerte!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesTu Rol como Protagonista de la Transformación:Gestión de tickets de soporte técnico y cumplimiento de SLA: Gestionar, investigar y resolver tickets relacionados con el uso de las herramientas de Topaz, garantizando respuestas de calidad, una buena organización de la cola y el cumplimiento de los SLA de servicio y resolución.Diagnóstico y resolución de problemas estructurados: Identificar las causas raíz de problemas funcionales u operativos, realizar pruebas, validaciones y análisis antes de derivar el caso a las áreas técnicas cuando sea necesario.Supervisión de la estabilidad de la experiencia del usuario: Seguimiento de errores recurrentes, fallos y preguntas frecuentes, identificando patrones y destacando los riesgos que puedan afectar a la experiencia del usuario.Registro, categorización y trazabilidad de solicitudes: Organizar y clasificar correctamente los tickets y las solicitudes, asegurando una priorización adecuada.Gestión y evolución de la base de conocimientos: Ejecutar y mejorar continuamente la base de conocimientos, desarrollando documentación técnica y guías operativas basadas en las necesidades recurrentes y las operaciones reales.Identificación de mejoras operativas: Sugerir ajustes en los flujos internos, las comunicaciones y los procesos que reduzcan la fricción, aumenten la eficiencia y disminuyan el volumen de tickets recurrentes.Control de inventario: Mantener actualizado el control de los activos de TI.Requisitos e qualificaçõesLo que Buscamos para Sumar a Nuestro #TopazTeam:Conocimientos del paquete Microsoft Office.Formación: Estar cursando actualmente una licenciatura (Informática o campos afines).Buenas habilidades interpersonales.Capacidad para comunicarse de forma clara y objetiva.Perfil dinámico, curioso, disciplinado y organizado.Enfoque en la resolución de problemas y la satisfacción del cliente.Sistemas operativos: Windows (equipos de escritorio/servidores), Linux (servidores), y MAC (macOS)Conocimiento de software Antivirus KasperskyMantenimiento y Reparación de Equipos de Cómputo.Informações adicionaisTu experiencia en Topaz es nuestra prioridad.
