Buscamos um(a) Analista Contábil para atuar de forma próxima às rotinas contábeis, fiscais e financeiras da empresa, garantindo organização, controle e conformidade dos processos. O profissional será responsável por apoiar fechamentos, conciliações, conferência de documentos e obrigações, além de acompanhar mudanças na legislação tributária e seus impactos no negócio. Buscamos alguém com perfil analítico, organizado e “mão na massa”, que tenha interesse em contribuir para a estruturação e melhoria dos processos da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar nas rotinas contábeis, fiscais e financeiras;Conferir notas fiscais e documentos contábeis;Realizar lançamentos e conciliações bancárias;Acompanhar impostos e obrigações junto à contabilidade;Apoiar o fechamento mensal e a organização dos documentos;Elaborar e atualizar controles e relatórios da área;Apoiar a conferência de faturamento e documentação de fornecedores e prestadores PJ;Acompanhar mudanças na legislação tributária e novas regras de tributação, avaliando seus impactos nas rotinas da empresa;Atuar em parceria com o financeiro, RH e demais áreas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior em Ciências Contábeis, completo ou em andamento;Experiência em rotinas contábeis, fiscais ou financeiras;Conhecimento em Excel/Google Sheets;Conhecimento e interesse em atualização sobre legislação tributária, mudanças fiscais e novas tributações;Organização, atenção aos detalhes e perfil analítico;Proatividade e boa comunicação.Desejáveis:Experiência em empresas de serviços, agências, eventos ou Live Marketing;Conhecimento em empresas com prestadores PJ;Experiência com sistemas ERP e rotinas fiscais;Conhecimento sobre Reforma Tributária e seus impactos nas empresas de serviços.Informações adicionaisConvênio Wellhub Silver +;Nota adicional dezembro;Descanso remunerado;1 x home office por semana.
