A HITO, consultoria especializada em soluções de Recursos Humanos, está em expansão e busca um(a) KAM / Executivo(a) Comercial para atuar no desenvolvimento de negócios.Buscamos um profissional com experiência comercial em consultorias de RH, especialmente na venda de soluções de Recrutamento & Seleção, que tenha perfil para prospecção, abertura de mercado, gestão de contas e desenvolvimento de novos negócios.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProspectar e desenvolver novos clientes no Nordeste;Abrir novas contas e identificar oportunidades de negócio;Atuar na venda consultiva de soluções de R&S, Hunting, Executive Search, RPO e demais soluções de RH;Desenvolver relacionamento com profissionais de RH, gestores, Compras e decisores;Construir, gerenciar e expandir carteira de clientes;Conduzir reuniões, apresentações, propostas e negociações comerciais;Gerenciar pipeline e forecast;Desenvolver oportunidades de cross-selling e up-selling;Atuar na manutenção e expansão de contas estratégicas;Trabalhar em conjunto com a operação para garantir o alinhamento entre a necessidade do cliente e a solução entregue.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comercial em consultorias de Recursos Humanos;Vivência com venda de serviços de Recrutamento & Seleção;Experiência com prospecção e abertura de mercado;Experiência com negociação e fechamento de contratos;Perfil Hunter + Farmer;Forte capacidade de relacionamento e networking;Experiência com gestão e desenvolvimento de carteira;Conhecimento de CRM, pipeline e indicadores comerciais; Disponibilidade para atuação comercial em Minas Gerais.
