Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssegurar a qualidade dos componentes e kits KD recebidos, garantindo sua conformidade com os requisitos e padrões estabelecidos;Acompanhar o processo de recebimento, inspeção e liberação de peças e componentes KD;Monitorar a integridade dos materiais durante o transporte e recebimento, identificando avarias, danos, perdas ou desvios de qualidade;Atuar na identificação, contenção e tratamento de não conformidades encontradas no recebimento de KD;Realizar análise de causa e acompanhar ações corretivas e preventivas junto às plantas de origem, fornecedores e áreas responsáveis;Monitorar a qualidade durante a armazenagem e movimentação interna dos componentes KD, prevenindo danos e impactos à qualidade;Acompanhar indicadores de qualidade do recebimento, identificando oportunidades e conduzindo planos de melhoria;Atuar como interface entre a planta receptora, plantas de origem, fornecedores, Logística, Produção e *Engenharia na resolução de problemas de qualidade;Utilizar ferramentas da qualidade, como 8D, FMEA, PDCA, MASP e análise de causa raiz, no tratamento dos problemas identificados;Realizar auditorias e verificações no processo de recebimento e manuseio de componentes KD, assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade;Garantir a rastreabilidade e documentação das não conformidades identificadas no recebimento;Apoiar projetos de melhoria contínua da qualidade do processo de recebimento de KD, visando redução de avarias, desvios e impactos na produção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Automotiva ou áreas correlatas.Inglês Avançado obrigatório;Experiência em gestão da qualidade de fornecedores (Supplier Quality Management),acompanhamento, desenvolvimento e controle da qualidade de fornecedores.Experiência no segmento de fabricação de veículos;Conhecimento de ferramentas e metodologias de qualidade aplicáveis à indústria automotiva será considerado um diferencialExperiência em controle da qualidade durante o transporte e movimentação de materiais e componentes automotivos.Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Camaçari/Ba.Informações adicionaisAqui na BYD priorizamos o bem-estar de nossos colaboradores e estamos em busca constante de melhorias para o nosso pacote de benefícios.
