Como Líder Centro de Distribuição você será responsável pela orientação, controle e supervisão diária de uma linha de distribuição, buscando a eficiência e produtividade, bem como o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega e na qualidade esperada.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar as atividades diárias de uma das linhas de distribuição, incluindo recebimento, armazenamento, separação, embalagem e expedição de produtos.Realizar a distribuição de tarefas e de equipes conforme demanda e prazos de expedição.Controlar os processos para que as entregas sejam realizadas de forma oportuna, nas quantidades especificadas do que foi solicitado/vendido, dentro de padrões de prazo, qualidade e custo previstos.Assegurar o cumprimento de políticas e procedimentos para otimizar a eficiência operacional, garantindo a precisão e integridade dos estoques.Avaliar os indicadores-chave de desempenho do centro de distribuição, como produtividade, acurácia de estoque, tempo de processamento de pedidos e atendimento ao cliente.Assegurar o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega dos pedidos, garantindo a satisfação dos clientes.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria dos processos e fluxos de trabalho do centro de distribuição, visando aumentar a eficiência e reduzir custos.Orientar e Assegurar a conformidade com as regulamentações de saúde, segurança e meio ambiente no centro de distribuição.Manter os registros precisos das transações de entrada e saída de produtos, utilizando sistemas de controle de estoque ou ferramentas adequadas.Supervisionar os processos de embalagem para que estejam e conformidade com os padrões estabelecidos.Acompanhar e conferir os processos reprocessamento, para que sejam realizados no melhor tempo possível e nos padrões de quantidade solicitados pelo cliente.Assegurar que os produtos para distribuição internacional, estejam com etiquetas, rótulos ou outros itens necessários, de acordo com os padrões do país de destino.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em logística, preferencialmente com e-commerce.Vivência com liderança de equipes.Conhecimento básico de sistemas (WMS) e pacote Office.Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos e escalas, conforme o volume.Superior completo em Administração, Logística ou área correlata.Informações adicionaisAmbiente de trabalho integrado, alegre e positivo.Refeitório no local para bater aquele papo legal e descontraído com os seus colegas.Fretado para se deslocar com segurança e conforto.
