Seu código é o time.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de Talentos: Conduzir reuniões 1:1 regulares focadas em carreira e bem-estar;Performance: Construir e acompanhar Planos de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDI) para engenheiros, do Júnior ao Sênior. Realizar avaliações de desempenho justas e baseadas em dados;Recrutamento: Liderar o processo de contratação e onboarding de novos membros do squad;Organização: Gerenciar o board (Jira/Azure), garantindo que o status reflita a realidade.
