Nosso propósito é transformar realidades e construir um futuro de dignidade para todos. 💙Objetivo da PosiçãoAtuar como extensão da gestão em campo, apoiando diretamente a operação de captação, organizando e direcionando as equipes, acompanhando indicadores e contribuindo para a padronização dos processos e para o desenvolvimento dos auxiliares de captação.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesApoiar diretamente as rotas de captação, permanecendo junto ao time durante as ações externas.Auxiliar na definição de estratégias e no planejamento operacional das equipes.Auxiliar diretamente na organização das escalas de folga, conforme direcionamento da gestão.Observar e reportar atitudes, comportamentos ou condutas incoerentes por parte dos auxiliares de captação.Organizar e direcionar as equipes em campo, conforme planejamento previamente alinhado com a gestão.Apoiar as análises de evidências e validações operacionais, incluindo prints, registros e demais comprovações.Acompanhar de forma próxima os resultados e indicadores de performance da equipe.Atualizar o gestor do setor em tempo real sobre resultados, ocorrências, dificuldades e oportunidades identificadas em campo.Contribuir para a manutenção dos padrões de qualidade, produtividade e conduta esperados pela operação.Atuar como ponto de apoio entre a gestão e os auxiliares, garantindo clareza na comunicação e execução das orientações.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos uma pessoa que goste de estar em contato com o público e tenha energia para uma rotina dinâmica e totalmente externa.Boa comunicação e capacidade de relacionamento com equipes.Perfil de liderança, organização e senso de responsabilidade.Proatividade para identificar problemas e buscar soluções.Capacidade de acompanhar metas, indicadores e resultados.Postura profissional e equilíbrio para lidar com situações de pressão e conflitos.Capacidade de transmitir orientações de forma clara e objetiva.Comprometimento com os processos, regras e padrões da operação.Disponibilidade e disposição para atuação presencial em campo.Importante sobre a atuação:Esta é uma posição de Líder de Captação que atuará diretamente em campo, em alinhamento contínuo com o gestor do setor, sendo responsável por transformar as orientações estratégicas em execução operacional junto às equipes.
