Atuar na área de Hemoterapia, com foco em Banco de Células Progenitoras Hematopoiéticas para Transplante de Medula Óssea e criopreservação de células; Realizar o controle de reagentes e insumos críticos, garantindo disponibilidade e rastreabilidade; Participar de Programas de Controle de Qualidade Externos, assegurando conformidade técnica; Organizar a rotina diária do laboratório, incluindo fluxos, documentos e prioridades; Participar de auditorias internas e externas, contribuindo com evidências e melhorias;Atuar no gerenciamento laboratorial, apoiando pessoas e processos, garantindo eficiência e conformidade operacional.Requisitos e qualificações

Superior completo em Farmácia ou Biomedicina; Experiência prévia em serviços de Hemoterapia (em qualquer área funcional); Vivência comprovada em Criopreservação de Células Progenitoras Hematopoiéticas; Conhecimento em Pacote Office e sistemas informatizados; Perfil responsável, organizado, postura profissional e forte comprometimento técnico;Capacidade de atuar em ambiente de alta complexidade, com atenção a normas e segurança.Informações adicionais Local de Trabalho: Centro, Rio de Janeiro; Benefícios: Vale Transporte, Vale Refeição, Vale Alimentação , Assistência Médica e Odontológica, Seguro de Vida e Wellhub;Horário: Segunda a Quinta 8h às 18h, Sexta 8h às 17h.
