Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar a equipe de desenvolvimento, distribuindo tarefas e acompanhando a execução das entregas;Garantir a qualidade do código e das soluções por meio de orientação técnica e revisões de código (code reviews);Apoiar o desenvolvimento técnico e profissional dos membros da equipe, promovendo o aprendizado contínuo;Atuar como ponto de contato entre a equipe de desenvolvimento e as demais áreas da empresa;Identificar gargalos e propor melhorias nos processos de desenvolvimento;Monitorar indicadores de produtividade, qualidade e cumprimento de prazos da equipe;Contribuir diretamente para o desenvolvimento de soluções, quando necessário, atuando como referência técnica;Executar outras atividades correlatas.Requisitos e qualificações Formação em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento em linguagens de programação;Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis;Experiência prévia em liderança de equipes de desenvolvimento.
