Responsável por liderar, orientar e acompanhar as atividades da equipe de expedição, garantindo a correta movimentação, separação, conferência, identificação, armazenamento e expedição de mercadorias. Atua no controle operacional do setor, assegurando o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, padrões de qualidade, segurança, produtividade e prazos de entrega, contribuindo para a eficiência das operações logísticas da empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar, orientar e acompanhar as atividades da equipe de expedição.Distribuir tarefas e monitorar o desempenho dos colaboradores.Garantir a correta separação, conferência, identificação e expedição de mercadorias.Realizar e acompanhar a movimentação interna de produtos e pallets.Verificar as condições das mercadorias antes do armazenamento e expedição.Efetuar a retirada de mercadorias liberadas pelos conferentes e direcioná-las para as áreas apropriadas.Realizar a identificação de pallets conforme procedimentos internos.Garantir o abastecimento das áreas de separação e picking.Acompanhar o carregamento e descarregamento de veículos.Controlar a organização, limpeza e conservação do depósito e áreas de trabalho.Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais e normas de segurança.Monitorar indicadores de produtividade, qualidade e desempenho do setor.Identificar, registrar e comunicar divergências de estoque, avarias e não conformidades.Apoiar a resolução de problemas operacionais e a implementação de melhorias nos processos.Realizar treinamentos, orientações e integração de novos colaboradores.Garantir o cumprimento dos cronogramas de expedição e entrega.Manter comunicação constante com os setores de logística, recebimento, estoque, transporte e lojas.Zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos e recursos utilizados na operação.Cumprir e fazer cumprir as normas de segurança, qualidade e políticas da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEnsino Médio completo.Experiência em atividades de logística, armazenagem, expedição ou centro de distribuição.Experiência com liderança de equipes operacionais.Conhecimento de processos de movimentação, armazenagem e expedição de mercadorias.Conhecimento básico de informática.DesejáveisEnsino Superior cursando ou completo em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Curso de Operador de Empilhadeira.Curso de Liderança ou Gestão de Pessoas.Conhecimento em sistemas de controle de estoque e gestão logística.Experiência em centros de distribuição, atacarejos, supermercados ou varejo.Conhecimento de indicadores de produtividade e desempenho operacional.Conhecimento em normas de segurança aplicadas à logística e armazenagem.Informações adicionaisBenefícios Vale-transporteSeguro de vidaAuxílio alimentação Prêmio Assiduidade Jornada 44h semanais, de segunda a sexta-feira, com compensação do sábado durante a semana (08h48 diárias).
