Responsável por garantir a eficiência da operação de armazém, liderando todas as atividades relacionadas ao recebimento, armazenamento, controle de inventario e distribuição dos produtos, garantindo a satisfação do cliente através do gerenciamento eficaz e da liderança do time para que o processo ocorra dentro das normas e políticas estabelecidas pela Fruki Bebidas.Ser guardião da cultura Fruki, responder pelos números e resultado do seu time de distribuição, gerir e desenvolver as pessoas por meio de feedbacks, ações desenvolvimento, orientação, capacitação e engajamento, acompanhar as devoluções e demais indicadores, estar em rota para orientar o time, ser ágil na solução imediata de problemas durante as entregas, interagir com o time comercial, além de contribuir com melhorias e inovações na área.Gostou do desafio? Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar as operações de recebimento, armazenagem, movimentação e expedição de produtos e ativos de giro;Organizar o layout do armazém de forma estratégica para otimizar o fluxo de trabalho e maximizar a capacidade de armazenamento;Gerir Fluxo de Validade (FIFO) dos produtos e a execução de Inventário de Estoque de Produtos e ativos de giro;Realizar a gestão da equipe operacional e assegurar seu desenvolvimento, garantindo a eficácia e a eficiência das operações diárias;Monitorar o estoque para garantir a disponibilidade de produtos necessários para atender às demandas dos clientes;Identificar áreas de melhorias operacionais e implementar medidas corretivas para otimizar os processos do armazém.Criar e implementar ações pra otimizar a distribuição de mercadorias em sua área de atuação;Ajustar rotas para a realização das entregas nos clientes, definindo prioridades no atendimento destas entregas;Fazer rota com a equipe e acompanhar as entregas, afim de desenvolver os profissionais por meio de feedbacks construtivos e resolver possíveis problemas;Acompanhar a devolução de produtos criando soluções para situações críticas;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Logística ou áreas afins;Desejável Especialização em andamento na área;Experiência em gestão de armazém e gestão de pessoas;Desejável experiência em distribuição e conhecer a região de atuação;Noções de custos e despesas, BPF (Boas Práticas de Fabricação), controle de estoque e logística de abastecimento;Conhecimento intermediário ou avançado no Pacote Office;Desejável CNH categoria B;Disponibilidade para trabalhar a noite, de segunda a sexta-feira, das 19h às 4h20, com 1h de intervalo.Informações adicionaisCONHEÇA NOSSOS BENEFÍCIOS:Vale RefeiçãoVale AlimentaçãoVale TransportePrograma de Participação de Resultados (PPR)Plano de Saúde UnimedUniodontoSeguro de vida gratuitoBolsa de EstudosAuxílio educaçãoWellhub (Gympass)Canal de AcolhimentoConvênio FarmáciaConvênio com faculdades selecionadas
