O Líder de logistica é responsável por liderar e supervisionar as atividades operacionais da área de logística na fábrica de colchões, garantindo o fluxo eficiente e organizado dos produtos, desde o recebimento até a expedição. Assegurar o cumprimento de prazos, a otimização de custos e a manutenção da qualidade nos processos logísticos, liderando a equipe de auxiliares. Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar, orientar, motivar e desenvolver a equipe de auxiliares e operadores de logística, distribuindo tarefas, acompanhando o desempenho e fornecendo feedback. Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, procedimentos de trabalho e regulamentos internos. Identificar necessidades de treinamento e desenvolvimento da equipe, solicitando o suporte necessário. Promover um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo, respeitoso e seguro. Gerenciar a jornada de trabalho da equipe, incluindo controle de presença e escalas.Supervisionar o processo de recebimento de matérias-primas, embalagens e outros materiais, garantindo a conferência com notas fiscais e especificações, e o correto armazenamento. Coordenar a descarga de veículos e a movimentação dos materiais para as áreas designadas. Resolver problemas e divergências no recebimento.Participar da implementação de novas ferramentas e tecnologias logísticas.Coordenar a movimentação interna de materiais e produtos utilizando empilhadeiras e outros equipamentos, garantindo a segurança e a eficiência.Zelar pela manutenção e bom uso dos equipamentos e ferramentas de trabalho.Seguir as normas de segurança e utilizar os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs) fornecidos pela empresa. Participar de treinamentos e programas de segurança organizados pela empresa. Zelar pela organização e limpeza do local de trabalho.Zelar e manter a conservação de máquinas, ferramentas e equipamentos da área. Cumprir os procedimentos e políticas da empresa.Contribuir para a manutenção e aperfeiçoamento da gestão, processos e produtos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Fundamental completo (desejável Ensino Médio completo);Experiência na área de liderança de Logistica;Organização e proatividade;Trabalho em equipe;Disponibilidade para aprender e atuar em diferentes processos produtivos.Informações adicionaisAlimentação ;Vale Transporte;Seguro de Vida.
