Liderar todo o processo de armazenagem e expedição de produtos acabados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesControlar e direcionar as atividades de sua equipe, através de reuniões e recomendações;Verificar a preparação de carga de produtos;Realizar operações de supervisão quanto às saídas de produtos no Armazém; Controlar à conservação dos equipamentos em uso;Controlar o preenchimento do Relatório de Produtos Danificados;Controlar o cumprimento de normas de segurança e BPF.Receber, divulgar e garantir o cumprimento das metas da área;Realizar o treinamento de sua equipe nas operações;Participar junto com o coordenador no processo de entrevista para novas contratações;Realizar as avaliações de desempenho com o apoio do Coordenador;Aplicar as Políticas de Gestão de Pessoas em sua área de responsabilidade;Cumprir as orientações e procedimentos de qualidade, BPF e segurança dos alimentos;Além de executar outras atividades correlatadas ao cargo.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara fazer parte do time, é preciso estar preparado!
