Garantir a eficiência dos maquinários, prevenindo e corrigindo falhas mecânicas e elétricas, e por consequência a continuidade da produção é também responsabilidade deste time!Buscamos um profissional proativo, dinâmico e comprometido com os resultados, flexível, responsável, e que saiba trabalhar em equipe.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAcompanhar as metas da equipe, monitorando diariamente os indicadores de manutenção, estratificação de manutenções, que servirão de base para ações de controle e melhorias no processo;Analisar o desempenho individual e coletivo da equipe, avaliando periodicamente o desenvolvimento, orientando-os, visando melhorar continuamente a qualidade e a produtividade do trabalho;Preencher os relatórios de manutenção, realizando o registro da apontamentos, analisar os resultados, identificar oportunidade de melhorias e providenciar as correções pertinentes;Programar, controlar e distribuir as tarefas para a equipe, com base no planejamento de manutenção, repassando todas as informações necessárias para o cumprimento das metas de manutenção;

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:Curso superior completo em Engenharia ou Administração / Curso superior em andamento / Curso técnico em manutenção completo;Pacote Office - Avançado;Experiência em gestão de pessoas;Será considerado diferencial: Experiência com Indústria;Conhecimento técnico em manutenção;Vivencia com o sistema SAP.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: 07:30h às 17:25h, de segunda à sexta-feira;
