Esta e as demais vagas anunciadas estão disponíveis para PcD ♿Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDirecionar afazeres do dia para a equipe visando delegar demandas a fim de garantir assertividade nos processos;Treinar equipe referente as demandas de atendimento por meio de planejamento com o objetivo de garantir a satisfação do cliente;Controlar indicadores de NPS por meio de sistema e análises a fim de metrificar a satisfação dos clientes;Gerar relatórios diários de controle visando organizar as informações da área e garantir que as entregas sejam realizadas no prazo acordado;Acompanhar a evolução dos atendimentos visando planejar treinamento e realizar feedbacks;Realizar reuniões de alinhamento visando disponibilizar 1:1, feedbacks e avaliações de desempenho a fim de controlar os processos da área;Criar rotinas de acompanhamento e relatórios de cumprimento de metas a fim de garantir assertividade nas entregas;Alinhar reuniões semanais de afazeres por meio do planejamento de pauta a fim de garantir que as entregas sejam realizadas no prazo;Apoiar o coordenador imediato nas demandas da área a fim de garantir que as entregas sejam realizadas dentro do prazo;Apoiar na confecção de assuntos relacionados as tratativas diretas das parceiras a fim de agregar informações;Gerir reclamações vindas de clientes pelo canal de Relacionamento com o cliente a fim de entender e garantir a sua satisfação.Fazer gestão de ponto, férias, atestados, reajustes salariais, alterações de jornada de trabalho, gestão de conflitos, contratações;Apoiar Líderes de Instalação e rede quando necessário e executar suas demandas em suas ausências; Garantir que os agendamentos com os clientes sejam feitos dentro do prazo estipulado pela empresa;Garantir que os protocolos sejam atribuídos baseado nas skills técnicas e tipos de serviços da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesHabilidades:Pacote Office;Tecnologias de Fibra óptica;Relacionamento com o cliente;Experiência em CRM/ERP/SAP;Gestão de pessoas.Formação:Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão de TI, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: Segunda a Sexta-feira das 8h as 12h e das 13h12 as 18h.Oportunidade para trabalhar presencialmente, na cidade de Joinville.
