Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatórios:Graduação em andamento ou concluída em Administração de Empresas, Engenharias ou outros cursos que atendam ao escopo da vaga.Será considerado diferencial:Capacidade de organização, planejamento e gestão de prioridades.Perfil protagonista, com forte senso de dono e foco em resultados.Habilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e com múltiplas demandas.Facilidade de relacionamento e comunicação com diferentes áreas.Visão sistêmica para conectar processos, recursos e necessidades do negócio.Experiência em melhoria contínua e resolução de problemas.Capacidade analítica para acompanhamento de indicadores e tomada de decisão.Conhecimento em gestão de processos operacionais.
