Sobre a oportunidade Estamos em busca de um(a) Líder de Produção para atuar na área de Operações, sendo responsável por liderar as atividades de fabricação de granéis e envase, garantindo o cumprimento do plano de produção com foco em segurança, qualidade, produtividade, custos e prazos. Buscamos um(a) profissional com perfil de liderança, visão de processo e capacidade de engajar equipes para alcançar resultados sustentáveis em um ambiente de melhoria contínua.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe operacional;  Distribuir atividades conforme o plano de produção e prioridades da operação;  Garantir o cumprimento das metas de produção, qualidade e produtividade;  Monitorar indicadores operacionais, identificando desvios e implementando ações corretivas;  Acompanhar processos de fabricação de granéis e envase, assegurando conformidade com padrões e procedimentos;  Garantir a correta execução das ordens e apontamentos de produção;  Atuar em parceria com as áreas de PCP, Qualidade, Manutenção e Logística;  Garantir a realização de inventários rotativos e contribuir para a acuracidade dos estoques;  Promover e fortalecer a cultura de segurança, assegurando o cumprimento das normas e uso adequado de EPIs;  Atuar na gestão de não conformidades, ações corretivas e preventivas;  Garantir os padrões de organização, limpeza e disciplina operacional por meio da metodologia 5S;  Conduzir iniciativas de melhoria contínua utilizando ferramentas como PDCA, 5 Porquês e Ishikawa.
