Garantir a eficiência operacional das linhas de produção, assegurando o cumprimento das BPF, 5S, Segurança dos Alimentos, Segurança do Trabalho e dos princípios Lean Manufacturing. Desenvolver e capacitar a equipe, promover e liderar projetos voltados a melhoria contínua, e gerir os indicadores de produção, contribuindo para o alcance dos resultados da área.Responsabilidades e atribuições Apresentar resultados mensais das suas linhas e evolução do Lean para coordenação e gerência;Condução de processo seletivo;Realização de avaliações de desempenho;Aplicar as Políticas de Gestão de Pessoas em sua área de responsabilidade;Acompanhar e monitorar o desempenho das suas linhas através do quadro de tempo Takt;Garantir a disponibilidade de mão de obra em função do PMP - Plano Mestre de Produção;Garantir e auxiliar para que as fichas padrões estejam atualizadas e fixadas no posto de trabalho de acordo com a família do produto que estiver em produção; e assegurar o cumprimento das fichas padrões pelos liderados;Reduzir os reprocessos e perdas gerados no turno, bem como sua análise de causa e implementar ações que as reduzam;Realizar reuniões diárias com Operadores, buscando melhorar a performance das linhas com baixa eficiência, dando suporte as necessidades identificadas;Garantir atualização do quadro de gestão à vista (SQEC – Segurança, Qualidade, Entrega e Custo) das linhas;Assegurar que os registros e controles da linha estejam preenchidos e de forma correta; Garantir que seus liderados utilizam de forma efetiva os PCC’s, garantindo a segurança do produto; Aplicar as ferramentas de qualidade (Espinha de Peixe, PDCA, 5 Por Quês, entre outros) para solução de problemas; e garantir o uso efetivo e desenvolver poka yokes que ajudam no controle e segurança das pessoas e produtos;Treinar os operadores em suas linhas;Garantir a execução do plano de manutenção autônoma nas suas linhas; Participar das reuniões semanais;Realizar preenchimento de ações no sistema SOGI;Monitorar o absenteísmo (ausências), tomando as medidas necessárias para evitá-los;Participar, incentivar e liderar kaizens;Incentivar a cultura Lean através da participação de seus liderados nas atividades do programa;Ser responsável pela verificação dos PCCs e PPROs;Além de executar outras atividades correlatas.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara ser parte do time tem que estar preparado!
