Se esse propósito faz seus olhos brilharem, Venha ser #SUPERHERO também.🤩Como Líder de Produto, sua missão será:Apoiar o Diretor de Produto controlando os KPIs do funil de crédito, identificando oportunidades de crescimento e atuando como extensão estratégica dele na tomada de decisão. É também uma posição com possibilidade de sucessão, com perspectiva de assumir responsabilidades crescentes na liderança da área em longo prazo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesControlar, os KPIs do funil de crédito — entendendo as causas de variação e antecipando cenários e executando possíveis correções ou projetos para melhorias; Identificar problemas, definir e testar hipóteses para suportar a elaboração de planos de ação e modificações de processos;Extrair e tratar dados para gerar informações relevantes ao processo de tomada de decisão — contamos com boas ferramentas e valorizamos pessoas autônomas e com perfil generalista. Embora não seja a função primária da posição, aqui acreditamos que nenhuma tarefa é alheia a ninguém: tudo é transversal e construído colaborativamente.Criar dashboards e relatórios para monitoramento de resultados (KPIs), automatizando processos de atualização e envio de alertas críticos;Atuar de forma transversal com Engenharia, Risco, Financeiro e outros times, alinhando de forma autônoma sem necessidade de escalonamento constante;Funcionar como extensão do Diretor de Crédito — com capacidade de representá-lo, tomar decisões em seu lugar e garantir a continuidade da operação na sua ausência;Reportar-se ao Diretor de Crédito com alta autonomia, escalando apenas decisões de impacto estrutural.Requisitos e qualificações5 anos experiência profissional, com histórico comprovado de exposição a decisões relevantes — financeiras ou de negócio —Ter sido o responsável final por algum indicador ou resultado: não apenas acompanhou, mas decidiu, respondeu e arcou com as consequências;Forte capacidade analítica: domínio de métricas financeiras, modelagem de negócio e raciocínio orientado a resultado;Experiência com análise de dados, criação de relatórios gerenciais e acompanhamento de indicadores;Domínio de ferramentas de dados: SQL, Python, Superset e/ou Grafana.Qualificações Adicionais:Experiência prévia em liderança de projetos, pessoas ou produtos;Experiência prévia com produtos, dados e BI;Conhecimento em automatização de processos e gestão de projetos;Formação em Engenharia, Estatística, Economia, Computação, Administração ou áreas afins com forte componente analítico;Passagem por áreas de Crédito, Risco ou produtos financeiros — especialmente em contextos de crédito ao consumidor ou fintechs;Familiaridade com a indústria financeira e/ou microcrédito;Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis, gestão de projetos e Lean Six Sigma;Uso de IA como ferramenta de trabalho, com ganhos de produtividade mensuráveis.Informações adicionais Salário competitivo ao mercado;BônusSuperSim Flex: nossos benefícios são distribuídos em um programa de pontos e você pode escolher quais fazem mais sentido para você.
