Responsabilidades e atribuições Como Líder de projetos, esse profissional será responsável por transformar demandas desestruturadas em entregas previsíveis, rentáveis e governadas, mesmo em ambientes dinâmicos. Atua com forte senso de dono, estruturando escopo, riscos e execução com autonomia. Toma decisões sob pressão, garantindo prazo, custo, qualidade e margem.

Principais responsibilidades:• Definição e Alinhamento Estratégico: Compreender os objetivos do negócio e alinhar o projeto às metas da empresa.oDefinir e validar escopo, prazos e orçamento do projeto. Identificar stakeholders e garantir o envolvimento adequado.• Gestão e Liderança da Equipe: Assegurar que cada membro tenha papéis e responsabilidades bem definidos.• Tomada de Decisão e Resolução de Problemas: Antecipar desafios e tomar decisões estratégicas para manter o projeto no caminho certo. Avaliar impactos de mudanças e propor soluções eficazes.• Monitoramento e Controle do Projeto: Garantir que prazos, qualidade e custos sejam cumpridos.o Implementar ajustes para otimizar eficiência e minimizar riscos. Desenvolver planos de mitigação.• Gestão de Riscos e Mitigação de Problemas: Identificar riscos potenciais e definir planos de mitigação. Criar estratégias de contingência para lidar com imprevistos.• Comunicação e Relacionamento com Stakeholders: Manter stakeholders informados sobre o progresso do projeto.oFacilitar reuniões, apresentar relatórios e alinhar expectativas.• Encerramento e Lições Aprendidas: Garantir a entrega dos resultados conforme os requisitos definidos.o Garantir a documentação de lições aprendidas e oportunidades de melhoria para projetos futuros.Disponibilidade pra deslocamento, (carro da Atlas) a nível
