Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstamos em busca de um(a) Líder de Relacionamento para atuar de forma estratégica no apoio à gestão da unidade, garantindo excelência nos processos não pedagógicos e uma experiência positiva para as famílias, alinhada às diretrizes da Rede Decisão.Esse(a) profissional terá papel fundamental na liderança do time de relacionamento, no atingimento de metas e na construção de vínculos sólidos com a comunidade escolar.Principais Responsabilidades:Apoiar o(a) Diretor(a) da unidade em todos os aspectos não pedagógicos, assegurando a execução das diretrizes da Rede Decisão com excelência;Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar o time de relacionamento da unidade, promovendo engajamento, organização e foco em resultados;Garantir um atendimento de alta qualidade às famílias, fortalecendo o relacionamento e a confiança na instituição;Atuar diretamente no atingimento de metas, acompanhando indicadores e propondo ações de melhoria contínua;Realizar e acompanhar os processos de matrícula e rematrícula, bem como outras atividades administrativas relacionadas à área de relacionamento;Zelar pelo cumprimento dos processos, prazos e padrões de atendimento definidos pela Rede.

Requisitos e qualificações🎯 O que esperamos de você:Estar cursando Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas será considerado um diferencial;Perfil proativo, com forte senso de responsabilidade e comprometimento com resultados;Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas, com postura resiliente diante de desafios;Experiência com vendas, negociações e atendimento ao cliente, preferencialmente em ambientes orientados por metas;Habilidade em liderança de equipe, com foco em desenvolvimento, engajamento e performance;Boa gestão do tempo, organização e capacidade de priorização no dia a dia.
