Realizar ensaios, análises químicas e físico-químicas, garantindo o cumprimento das metodologias, uso correto de materiais e reagentes, critérios de amostragem, protocolos de segurança, e atendendo aos requisitos da NBR ISO/IEC 17025, visando a agilidade dos processos e o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas. Atuar como agente de desenvolvimento dos demais colaboradores, oferecendo apoio e capacitação contínuos, com o objetivo de padronizar processos e assegurar a qualidade das entregas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPara o Laboratório de Referência, cumprir com os procedimentos, políticas e métodos de ensaios de acordo com os requisitos de norma NBR ISO/IEC 17025;Realizar análises físico-químicas, biológicas e microbiológicas para produzir relatórios de controle de qualidade, garantindo a conformidade dos produtos com os padrões estabelecidos;Desenvolver metodologias analíticas, interpretar dados e liderar as atividades da equipe do laboratório, promovendo a eficiência e a precisão nos processos de análise;Interpretar manuais e elaborar documentação técnica rotineira e de registros legais para assegurar a aderência às normativas aplicáveis;Calibrar equipamentos, assegurando sua precisão e funcionalidade para operações críticas de teste e medição;Cumprir o plano de racionalização e redução de custos, identificando e implementando medidas eficazes para otimizar os recursos;Liderar a equipe de trabalho, gerenciar conflitos e promover o desenvolvimento das equipes por meio de treinamentos e Diálogos Diários de Segurança (DDS);Acompanhar o desempenho dos colaboradores da equipe, orientando-os para manter o ritmo, qualidade e produtividade do trabalho;Analisar relatórios diários de qualidade para identificar desvios dos padrões no processo produtivo e comunicar ao supervisor os desvios encontrados;Preparar relatórios sobre ocorrências no processo produtivo e dos resultados analíticos, transmitindo as informações à supervisão do laboratório e industrial;Executar reparos em máquinas e equipamentos, utilizando conhecimento técnico específico para resolver problemas e manter a operacionalidade;Assegurar que o plano analítico está sendo cumprido e relatar dificuldades ao supervisor, garantindo a execução correta das análises;Promover e assegurar o cumprimento das ações de proteção ao meio ambiente e das normas de higiene e segurança no trabalho, orientando as equipes para práticas seguras e responsáveis;Treinar e aprimorar o conhecimento técnico dos colaboradores, abordando aspectos teóricos e práticos para capacitação contínua;Identificar as causas de mau funcionamento dos equipamentos e providenciar o reparo necessário rapidamente, minimizando tempos de inatividade.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo (Química e áreas afins) e CRQ Ativo.
