Orientar a equipe na execução de processos operacionais sob sua responsabilidade, observando as normas, políticas e diretrizes determinadas pela empresa, assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões e horários pré-estabelecidos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar o processo de trabalho de carga e descarga, observando os veículos na doca, conferindo a posição dos mesmos, a qualidade e ritmo dos carregamentos conforme o cronograma previsto, bem como comunicar o roteiro e liberação destes; Prestar suporte aos encarregados na execução de processos operacionais conforme padrões, normas e políticas determinados pela empresa; Orientar a correta distribuição de volume e carga nos veículos preparados para rotas de transferência e de coleta e entrega;Identificar e acompanhar o processo de devolução de mercadorias, observando o correto direcionamento, manuseio, condicionamento e identificação de mercadorias e volumes; Tratar as divergências das mercadorias que não foram para a entrega ou redes pacho, identificando avarias, extravios ou clientes não localizados, informando aos responsáveis pelo processo; Avaliar os problemas operacionais diversas identificados pelos conferentes, tomando ações necessárias para resolução conforme padrão estabelecido pela empresa, informando ao superior imediato sempre que necessário; Apoiar outras áreas em tratativas diversas, a fim de resolver problemas e desvios da operação; Sugerir melhorias nos processos da operação, para desenvolvimento de projetos de média e alta complexidade e que possam vir a otimizar as atividades, reduzir custos e retrabalhos bem como melhorar os níveis de serviços aos clientes; Manter-se atualizado em relação às tendências e inovações tecnológicas de sua área de atuação e das necessidades do setor; Seguir políticas, normas e procedimentos de trabalho implantados e contribuir para melhoria contínua dos mesmos; Prestar suporte aos superiores hierárquicos, fornecendo informações sobre rotinas e procedimentos;Atender e respeitar procedimentos padrões e de segurança do trabalho na empresa e nos estabelecimentos terceiros (clientes);Utilizar adequadamente e orientar sobre o uso correto dos equipamentos de segurança individuais e coletivos;Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo;Experiência em processos de movimentação de mercadorias e ou área afins. Informações adicionais
