Nossa atuação abrange diversos segmentos, como Telecom, Varejo, Educação, Financeiro, Indústria/Cosméticos e Energia, sempre com foco em soluções inovadoras e de alto impacto. 👉 Candidate-se agora e construa o futuro da tecnologia conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar tecnicamente a equipe, orientando boas práticas de desenvolvimento, modelagem de dados e arquitetura de BI; Atuar como referência técnica na construção e evolução de soluções analíticas, garantindo qualidade, performance e padronização das entregas; Conduzir reuniões de levantamento de requisitos com áreas de negócio e stakeholders, transformando necessidades em soluções de dados e indicadores; Mapear processos, identificar oportunidades e traduzir demandas em especificações funcionais e técnicas; Gerenciar demandas, priorizar atividades e acompanhar cronogramas e entregas da equipe; Distribuir tarefas e apoiar o desenvolvimento dos analistas por meio de mentoria e direcionamento técnico; Monitorar a qualidade das entregas, garantindo aderência aos requisitos e expectativas do negócio; Desenvolver e evoluir modelos de dados, dashboards e relatórios no Power BI; Criar métricas, indicadores e visualizações com foco em performance, usabilidade e geração de valor para o negócio; Atuar na melhoria contínua dos processos, ferramentas e práticas da área de BI e Analytics.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos

Experiência avançada com Power BI Desktop e Power BI Service; Conhecimento em administração de Workspaces, Gateway, Row-Level Security (RLS), atualizações agendadas e governança de ambientes Power BI; Experiência com desenvolvimento de processos ETL utilizando Power Query (Linguagem M); Domínio de DAX para criação de métricas, indicadores e modelagem analítica; Sólido conhecimento em modelagem de dados e arquitetura de BI; Experiência com Data Warehouse (DW), ETL/ELT e modelagem dimensional; Conhecimento avançado em SQL Server e Oracle; Experiência com consultas SQL, PL/SQL, T-SQL, Views e Procedures; Capacidade de construir dashboards, relatórios e soluções analíticas voltadas ao negócio.

Diferenciais

Experiência com Databricks; Conhecimento em Microsoft Fabric; Vivência em ambientes Cloud (Azure, AWS ou GCP); Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis, especialmente Scrum.
