Definir padrões de Analytics Engineering, modelagem de dados, documentação e qualidade para o time.

Projetar pipelines escaláveis, reutilizáveis e de alta performance para múltiplos domínios de negócio.

Atuar como referência técnica em arquitetura de dados, apoiando decisões e revisões de código.

Evoluir estratégias de Data Quality, testes automatizados e governança de dados.

Construir e definir padrões para modelos semânticos corporativos e ativos analíticos em Power BI.

Mentorar Analytics Engineers, compartilhando conhecimento e impulsionando a evolução técnica da equipe.

Trabalhar em parceria com Arquitetura, Platform Engineering e stakeholders de negócio na evolução da estratégia de dados.Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que você precisa terSólida experiência com Analytics Engineering e desenvolvimento de pipelines ponta a ponta em Databricks. Domínio de SQL, Spark/PySpark e Delta Live Tables (DLT).

Experiência com Power BI, modelos semânticos e Data Modeling.

Vivência definindo padrões de qualidade, documentação e governança de dados.

Experiência conduzindo revisões técnicas e apoiando outros engenheiros.

Conhecimento em Git, CI/CD e boas práticas de engenharia de software.

Inglês para atuar em ambiente global.

Excelente se tiver Experiência definindo padrões corporativos para Analytics Engineering.

Vivência em ambientes enterprise de Supply Chain, Finance ou Manufacturing.

Conhecimento em Unity Catalog e governança de dados.

Certificações Databricks ou Microsoft Azure.
