Estamos em busca de um(a) Líder de Atendimento para atuar na gestão e desenvolvimento da equipe, garantindo a qualidade do atendimento e o alcance dos resultados da operação.Essa posição será responsável por acompanhar a performance dos operadores, apoiar a resolução de problemas, monitorar indicadores e promover um ambiente de engajamento, colaboração e foco em resultados.Buscamos uma pessoa com perfil de liderança, comunicação, proatividade e capacidade de tomada de decisão, que goste de desenvolver pessoas e atuar de forma próxima à operação.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar e acompanhar a performance da equipe, orientando os operadores para o alcance das metas;Monitorar KPIs e indicadores operacionais, identificando desvios e oportunidades de melhoria;Realizar feedbacks e orientações, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento e crescimento profissional da equipe;Atuar como referência para dúvidas, direcionamentos e resolução de problemas da operação;Tomar decisões de forma ágil e assertiva diante de situações críticas, garantindo qualidade e eficiência no atendimento;Promover ações de engajamento, motivação e fortalecimento do trabalho em equipe;Acompanhar de forma próxima os resultados, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua da performance da operação.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino médio completo/faculdade em andamento eu trancadaExperiência com atendimento ao cliente e/ou liderança de equipes;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;Perfil de liderança, organização e proatividade;Habilidade para fornecer feedbacks e desenvolver pessoas;Capacidade de analisar indicadores e acompanhar metas;Agilidade na tomada de decisão e resolução de problemas;Foco em resultados e qualidade no atendimento;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e promover um ambiente colaborativo;Conhecimentos básicos em informática e sistemas de atendimento;Desejável experiência anterior como Líder de Atendimento, Líder de Operações ou função similar.
