Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar e desenvolver a equipe, acompanhando o desempenho, orientando e promovendo o engajamento dos colaboradores;Garantir a execução das rotinas de higienização e conservação, assegurando qualidade, organização e cumprimento dos padrões estabelecidos;Distribuir e acompanhar as atividades da equipe, realizando remanejamentos de acordo com as necessidades da operação;Orientar e treinar os colaboradores sobre procedimentos, boas práticas, utilização de produtos e equipamentos e normas de segurança;Realizar inspeções nas áreas da indústria, identificando desvios e oportunidades de melhoria e garantindo a correção das não conformidades;Assegurar o uso correto e consciente de materiais e equipamentos, contribuindo para a conservação dos recursos e redução de desperdícios;Acompanhar a assiduidade e a rotina da equipe, garantindo a cobertura adequada das atividades;Apoiar o controle de estoque de materiais de limpeza, acompanhando o consumo e solicitando reposições quando necessário;Atuar na resolução de problemas do dia a dia, buscando soluções rápidas e eficientes para manter a operação;Manter comunicação próxima com a liderança e áreas parceiras, garantindo alinhamento das demandas e prioridades;Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos, propondo ações que aumentem a eficiência, a qualidade e a segurança das atividades.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação e experiênciaEnsino Médio completo;Experiência sólida em higienização industrial, preferencialmente no segmento alimentício;Experiência comprovada em liderança e gestão de equipes;Conhecimento em rotinas de limpeza, conservação e boas práticas de higiene e segurança.Competências comportamentaisPerfil de liderança, com capacidade de orientar, desenvolver e engajar a equipe;Boa comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;Organização e planejamento para acompanhamento das atividades e cumprimento das rotinas;Proatividade e agilidade na identificação e solução de problemas;Senso de responsabilidade e comprometimento com resultados;Foco em qualidade, segurança e cumprimento de procedimentos;Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e lidar com diferentes situações do dia a dia;Postura ética, profissional e colaborativa;Flexibilidade para realizar remanejamentos e adequar a operação conforme as necessidades do setor.
