Estamos em busca de um(a) Líder de Manutenção para integrar nossa equipe e atuar na manutenção de nossas unidades.

Essa pessoa será responsável por liderar uma equipe de 2 a 3 profissionais, organizar as demandas de manutenção das lojas, acompanhar serviços e prestadores e, principalmente, colocar a mão na massa junto com a equipe, realizando manutenções e pequenos reparos sempre que necessário.

Buscamos um profissional com perfil prático, organizado, proativo e com capacidade de liderança, que saiba identificar prioridades, solucionar problemas e garantir que as unidades estejam sempre em boas condições de funcionamento.Responsabilidades e atribuições* Liderar e acompanhar a equipe de manutenção;

* Distribuir as atividades e acompanhar a execução dos serviços;

* Organizar e priorizar os chamados de manutenção das lojas;

* Atender às demandas de manutenção preventiva e corretiva;

* Realizar, junto à equipe, serviços de manutenção e pequenos reparos;

* Executar serviços de elétrica, hidráulica, pintura, alvenaria, montagem e manutenção geral, conforme sua experiência técnica;

* Identificar problemas e propor soluções para as necessidades das unidades;

* Realizar visitas técnicas às lojas para avaliação das demandas;

* Acompanhar serviços realizados por empresas e profissionais terceirizados;

* Solicitar e acompanhar orçamentos de serviços e materiais;

* Conferir a qualidade dos serviços executados;

* Controlar materiais e ferramentas utilizados pela equipe;

* Acompanhar o cumprimento dos prazos das manutenções;

* Identificar necessidades de manutenção preventiva e antecipar possíveis problemas;

* Manter comunicação constante com as lojas e com a gestão;

* Registrar e acompanhar as demandas até sua conclusão;

* Garantir a organização, conservação e segurança do ambiente de trabalho da equipe.Requisitos e qualificações* Experiência anterior como líder, encarregado, oficial ou técnico de manutenção;

* Experiência com liderança ou coordenação de equipes;

* Conhecimentos práticos em manutenção predial;

* Conhecimentos em elétrica, hidráulica, pintura, alvenaria e manutenção geral;

* Capacidade para realizar pequenos reparos e intervenções diretamente nas unidades;

* Organização para controlar diversas demandas simultaneamente;

* Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;

* Perfil proativo e capacidade para solucionar problemas;

* Disponibilidade para deslocamento entre as unidades;
