Na Odontoprev, estamos em busca de uma pessoa que queira se juntar a uma equipe que inspira, acolhe e transforma!Buscamos um(a) Líder de Unidade (Técnico em Saúde Bucal), para atuar em clínica de Diagnóstico Odontológico na região de Campinas.O profissional será responsável por garantir a qualidade técnica dos procedimentos, o cumprimento das normas de biossegurança e radioproteção, proporcionando um atendimento humanizado e uma experiência positiva aos pacientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe de Técnicos e Auxiliares em Saúde Bucal, garantindo a correta execução das rotinas clínicas, operacionais e administrativas da unidade.Distribuir atividades, acompanhar prioridades e apoiar o desenvolvimento técnico da equipe, assegurando produtividade, organização e qualidade no atendimento.Garantir a realização dos exames radiológicos odontológicos conforme protocolos técnicos, normas de radioproteção, procedimentos internos e requisitos legais aplicáveis.Supervisionar o atendimento aos pacientes, assegurando uma experiência acolhedora, segura, humanizada e alinhada aos padrões de qualidade da empresa.Acompanhar a realização de moldagens odontológicas, escaneamentos intraorais e a organização dos registros e documentações odontológicas.Assegurar a correta preparação, limpeza, organização e conservação das salas clínicas, equipamentos, instrumentais e áreas de trabalho.Coordenar e monitorar os processos de esterilização, armazenamento e controle de instrumentais e materiais, incluindo controle biológico e rastreabilidade dos processos.Garantir o cumprimento das normas de biossegurança, vigilância sanitária, saúde ocupacional, segurança do trabalho e demais regulamentações aplicáveis.Realizar controles de estoque e consumo de materiais, identificando necessidades de reposição, manutenção preventiva ou corretiva de equipamentos.Apoiar a liderança da unidade na gestão de indicadores operacionais, identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e implementação de planos de ação.Treinar e orientar novos colaboradores quanto aos procedimentos técnicos, fluxos internos, boas práticas de atendimento e normas de segurança.Atuar como referência técnica para a equipe, apoiando a resolução de intercorrências operacionais e garantindo a continuidade adequada dos atendimentos.Cumprir e disseminar as políticas internas, incluindo requisitos de Compliance, LGPD, ESG, ética e conduta profissional.Executar outras atividades compatíveis com sua formação, habilitação profissional e experiência, conforme orientação da liderança imediata.

Requisitos e qualificações Curso técnico completo em Saúde Bucal.Registro ativo e regular no Conselho Regional de Odontologia (CRO).Habilitação, capacitação ou autorização aplicável para atuação em radiologia odontológica, de acordo com a legislação e regulamentações vigentes.Experiência prévia em rotina clínica odontológica, radiologia odontológica, esterilização e atendimento ao paciente.Experiência na orientação, treinamento ou liderança de equipes será considerada um diferencial.Conhecimento sólido em biossegurança, controle de infecção, esterilização, radioproteção e vigilância sanitária.Vivência com moldagens odontológicas, escaneamento intraoral e organização de documentação clínica.Conhecimento básico de informática, controles de estoque e acompanhamento de rotinas operacionais.Perfil de liderança, organização, senso de responsabilidade, boa comunicação, proatividade e foco na qualidade e segurança do paciente.
