Orientar a equipe e otimizar o uso dos recursos durante seu turno, assegurando o cumprimento das metas operacionais e a criação de um ambiente de trabalho seguro e eficiente, acompanhando o desempenho dos colaboradores, implementando melhorias nos processos e garantindo a conformidade com as diretrizes de qualidade, segurança e meio ambiente, tomando decisões em tempo real para aprimorar os resultados e assegurar a manutenção adequada dos equipamentos, sempre com foco na excelência operacional e no alcance dos objetivos organizacionais.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAssegurar a integridade física e a segurança dos funcionários, máquinas e equipamentos da área, cumprindo e disseminando normas e procedimentos de segurança no trabalho;Realizar Análise Preliminar de Riscos (APR) e Permissão de Trabalho (PT) para as atividades do turno, colaborando na identificação de riscos e adoção de medidas preventivas;Conduzir reuniões de segurança, qualidade e desempenho operacional, estabelecendo objetivos e disseminando responsabilidades para o alcance dos resultados;Acompanhar e ajustar em tempo real o desempenho da operação, otimizando os processos e garantindo a eficiência;Operar de forma eventual pá carregadeira em casos de ausência de operador, emergência ou necessidade operacional imediata no armazém de Biomassa e DDGS, desde que tenha os requisitos obrigatórios, respeitando todos os procedimentos e processos inerentes a atividade;Orientar a equipe durante o turno, assegurando a execução eficaz das atividades e o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas;Acompanhar o desempenho dos colaboradores, fornecendo capacitação técnica e feedback contínuo conforme necessário;Garantir a correta utilização e manutenção dos equipamentos, reportando necessidades de reparo ao setor de manutenção através da abertura de solicitações de serviço;Realizar requisições de materiais necessários para a execução das atividades do turno;Elaborar e manter registros detalhados sobre produção, controle de qualidade, segurança e desempenho de cada turno;Reportar diariamente desvios relacionados à segurança, qualidade, meio ambiente e produtividade observados no turno de trabalho;Monitorar os indicadores de desempenho, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e implementando ações para alcançar os resultados esperados;Garantir o cumprimento integral dos procedimentos de qualidade, meio ambiente, segurança e operacionais, acompanhando e corrigindo desvios identificados;Participar de reuniões de acompanhamento e alinhamento com o Encarregado de Operações e Supervisores;Exercer atividades alinhadas com os valores, políticas, diretrizes e procedimentos da empresa, focando nas metas organizacionais e mantendo sigilo das informações da companhia;Oferecer apoio em outras áreas e/ou unidades da Inpasa conforme necessário.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior cursando; Informações adicionaisBenefícios: Vale Alimentação; Plano de Saúde; Plano Odontológico; Viva + Plataforma de Saúde e Bem-estar; Galena- Plataforma de Ensino Online; Wellhub - Auxilio Academias; Transporte Gratuito; Refeição no Local; PPR.
