Assim que o novo contratado começa a trabalhar conosco, se torna um membro respeitado do time com papéis e responsabilidades que contribuirão positivamente para o sucesso de todos.Estamos oferecendo oportunidades com posições em diversas áreas de nossas operações e projetos.Com operações em mina subterrânea e céu aberto, há perspectivas para profissionais que buscam ambiente diversificado para fazer mineração em cobre e ouro.Se você se identifica com nossos princípios, essa oportunidade pode ser sua.Estamos em busca de profissionais para atuar como Lubrificador em Curionópolis - PA.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesExecutar atividades programadas cumprindo os procedimentos de manutenção, identificando as condições inseguras, direcionando o foco na qualidade segurança e meio ambiente;Executar serviços de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e lubrificação;Seguir normas e procedimentos de segurança do trabalho e saúde ocupacional; Assegurar que os sistemas de lubrificação, circuito hidráulicos e pneumáticos envolvidos nas atividades, estejam liberados, bloqueados e sinalizados, em conformidade de condições seguras;Interpretar e seguir as recomendações das fichas de segurança dos produtos químicos utilizados em lubrificação e garantir que estejam acessíveis nos postos de área;Utilizar dispositivos para eliminar riscos de acidentes incluindo os EPI e EPC indicados e necessários para a atividade de lubrificação que será executada;Manter instrumentos de medição, ferramentas manuais, máquinas e equipamentos para lubrificação em condições de utilização, limpos e organizados;Selecionar, segregar, identificar e destinar resíduos das atividades de lubrificação executadas, seguindo normas e procedimentos ambientais;Fazer contenção e recolhimento de derramamento de óleo em uma situação emergencial, seguindo normas e procedimentos ambientais;Consultar e interpretar documentação técnica (desenhos, manuais, tabelas, gráficos, histórico de manutenção e especificação) de sistemas de lubrificação e de circuitos hidráulicos;Atuar nas inspeções dos sistemas de lubrificação centralizada e forçada, incluindo a verificação da saturação de elementos filtrantes;Detectar condições anormais de funcionamento, incluindo a identificação de vazamentos em sistemas de lubrificação e circuitos hidráulicos;Identificar e registrar os materiais para lubrificação aplicáveis à atividade de lubrificação que será executada;Coletar e identificar amostras de lubrificantes e fluídos hidráulicos;Completar níveis e ou trocar os lubrificantes existentes em reservatórios;Implementando as ações corretivas conforme definido nos laudos de análises de lubrificantes;Trocar elementos filtrantes, eliminar vazamentos em sistemas de lubrificação e circuitos hidráulicos;Movimentar e transportar os materiais para lubrificação;Preencher os itens de registro aplicáveis ao plano de lubrificação incluindo o consumo de lubrificantes e possíveis anormalidades;Preencher corretamente as ordens de serviço com descrição legível de todos os passos realizados na atividade.Entregar relatórios diários das atividades executadasRequisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios:Ensino médio completo;Experiência em sistema de manutenção e lubrificação;Conhecimento de uso de ferramentas manuais;Conhecimento em sistemas hidráulicos e pneumáticos;Conhecimento em elementos de máquinas; Conhecimento técnico em rolamentos;Conhecimento de 5S;Leitura e interpretação de desenhos mecânicos.Requisitos desejáveis:Ensino técnico completo em Mecânica.Informações adicionaisdisponibilidade de horário para atuar em turnodisponibilidade para residir em Parauapebas ou Curionópolis
