ELABORAR RELATÓRIO DIÁRIO DE CONSUMO DE LUBRIFICANTES; CONSULTAR MANUAIS TÉCNICOS E PLANOS DE MANUTENÇÃO PREVISTOS; FAZER PEQUENAS DESMONTAGENS, CONSERTOS E MONTAGEM DE PARTES DAS MÁQUINAS, TAIS COMO: RESPIROS SUJOS, FILTROS ENTUPIDOS, TUBULAÇÕES DE DERIVAÇÃO DE LUBRIFICAÇÃO OBSTRUÍDAS, DISTRIBUIDORES DE LUBRIFICANTES INOPERANTES; REPARAR EQUIPAMENTOS DE LUBRIFICAÇÃO, AUTOMÁTICO, SEMIAUTOMÁTICO E MANUAIS. MANTER O CONTROLE DO ÓLEO LUBRIFICANTE RETIRADO DOS EQUIPAMENTOS; EXECUTAR OUTRAS TAREFAS CORRELATAS; SEGUIR INSTRUÇÕES AMBIENTAIS; SEGUIR AS ORIENTAÇÕES DAS FICHAS DE EMERGÊNCIA DOS PRODUTOS; SEGREGAR CORRETAMENTE RESÍDUOS GERADOS CONFORME PROGRAMA DE COLETA SELETIVA.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

·         CUMPRIR AS NORMAS DE SEGURANÇA DA EMPRESA, UTILIZANDO OS EQUIPAMENTOS DE PROTEÇÃO INDIVIDUAL NECESSÁRIOS À CADA ATIVIDADE E EXECUTANDO AS TAREFAS DE FORMA SEGURA. 

·        PARTICIPAR DO DDS (DIÁLOGO DIÁRIO DE SEGURANÇA) DO SETOR OUVINDO ATENTAMENTE AS ORIENTAÇÕES, COM O OBJETIVO DE EVITAR QUE SEJAM CRIADAS CONDIÇÕES OU ATOS INSEGUROS DURANTE A EXECUÇÃO DOS TRABALHOS. 

·        REALIZAR ATIVIDADES DE ACORDO COM OS PROCEDIMENTOS DA EMPRESA UTILIZANDO O USO CORRETO DE CONES, CALÇOS, ESCADAS E FERRAMENTAS ESPECIFICA PARA A ATIVIDADE. 

·        EXECUTAR A LUBRIFICAÇÃO COM GRAXAS ADEQUADAS PARA CADA EQUIPAMENTO EM PARTES MÓVEIS, MÁQUINAS, CAMINHÕES, IMPLEMENTOS AGRÍCOLAS E RODOVIÁRIOS A FIM DE EVITAR DESGASTES EXCESSIVOS E GARANTIR O MELHOR RENDIMENTO DOS EQUIPAMENTOS. 

·        EXECUTAR SERVIÇOS DE LUBRIFICAÇÃO, TROCAS DE ÓLEOS LUBRIFICANTES E FILTROS, REMONTAS DE ÓLEOS LUBRIFICANTES EM CAMINHÕES, MÁQUINAS, EQUIPAMENTOS E IMPLEMENTOS DA FROTA PRÓPRIA OPERANDO BOMBAS DE ABASTECIMENTO DE LUBRIFICANTES, REGISTRANDO AS INFORMAÇÕES EM FICHA MANUAL. 

·        RETIRAR AMOSTRAS DE LUBRIFICANTES DOS EQUIPAMENTOS CONFORME PROGRAMAÇÃO E ENVIAR AO LABORATÓRIO, VISANDO A REALIZAÇÃO DE ANÁLISE, EVITANDO DANOS AOS VEÍCULOS E MÁQUINAS. 

·        REGULARIZAR E SUBSTITUIR LÍQUIDO DE ARREFECIMENTOS. 

·        FAZER PEQUENAS DESMONTAGENS, CONSERTOS E MONTAGENS DE PARTES DAS MÁQUINAS, TAIS COMO: RESPIROS SUJOS, FILTROS ENTUPIDOS, TUBULAÇÕES DE DERIVAÇÃO DE LUBRIFICAÇÃO OBSTRUÍDAS, DISTRIBUIDORES DE LUBRIFICANTES INOPERANTES. 

·        REPARAR EQUIPAMENTOS DE LUBRIFICAÇÃO, AUTOMÁTICO, SEMIAUTOMÁTICO E MANUAIS. 

·        REALIZAR TESTES NOS FILTROS DE AR VERIFICANDO O INDICADOR DE RESTRIÇÃO E SUBSTITUINDO OS MESMOS QUANDO NECESSÁRIO, RESTABELECENDO O FUNCIONAMENTO NORMAL DO SISTEMA DE ADMISSÃO DE AR. 

·        EXECUTAR SERVIÇOS DE LUBRIFICAÇÃO, TROCAS DE ÓLEOS LUBRIFICANTES E FILTROS, REMONTAS DE ÓLEOS LUBRIFICANTES EM CAMINHÕES, MÁQUINAS, EQUIPAMENTOS E IMPLEMENTOS DA FROTA PRÓPRIA OPERANDO BOMBAS DE ABASTECIMENTO DE LUBRIFICANTES, REGISTRANDO AS INFORMAÇÕES EM FICHA MANUAL.  

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEXPERIÊNCIA: A PARTIR DE 2 A 3 ANOS DE EXPERIÊNCIA. 

FORMAÇÃO ACADÊMICA: ENSINO MÉDIO COMPLETO 

CONHECIMENTOS ESPECÍFICOS: CNH CATEGORIA D /CONHECIMENTO EM LUBRIFICAÇÃO/CONHECIMENTO MANUTENÇÃO DOS EQUIPAMENTOS.
