Esta(e) Médica(o) fará parte da equipe de Saúde Corporativa e Segurança do Trabalho da unidade de produção de São José dos Pinhais. Responsabilidades e atribuições

Principais responsabilidades:Acompanhamento e auxílio da administração da Medicina Ocupacional e Assistencial e processos de:Análise do PCMSO;Atendimento ocupacional (exames admissionais, demissionais, periódicos, retorno ao trabalho e mudança de função);Parecer especializado de saúde ocupacional sobre absenteísmo e avaliação da condição laboral;Adaptação de colaboradores com limitações físicas nos postos de trabalho;Atender e orientar colaboradores acidentados e preencher a Comunicação de Acidente de Trabalho (CAT);Analisar nexo causal de doenças ocupacionais e emitir relatórios quando necessário (NTEP, contestações, impugnações);Gerenciamento de disability (PCDs);Suporte para iniciativas de bem-estar, reabilitação e fortalecimento muscular;Gerenciamento dos processos do serviço médico.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitosEnsino Superior completo em Medicina;RQE ativo- Especialização em Medicina do Trabalho;Disponibilidade para trabalhar 40h semanais/ 8h diárias;Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente na unidade de São José dos PinhaisConhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office, principalmente Excel e Power Point;Disponibilidade para trabalhar em diferentes horários de produção e dias adicionais de produção;Disponibilidade para eventuais viagens nacionais e mobilidade para trabalhar em outras localidades.O que esperamos de você:Experiência anterior em empresa de médio ou grande porte;Experiência no gerenciamento de empregados com limitações físicas;Experiência em programas de qualidade de vida e bem estar.DiferenciaisInglês intermediário/avançado;Conhecimento em Power BI;Conhecimento em ferramentas de prontuário eletrônico;Experiência no setor automotivo;Experiência em trabalho com ergonomia.Informações adicionaisNome do Cargo: Médica (o) do Trabalho Local de trabalho: São José dos Pinhais, modelo presencial.
