Valorizamos a diversidade e acreditamos que todas as pessoas são bem-vindas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar o Programa de Controle Médico de Saúde Ocupacional (PCMSO) em cumprimento das demandas profissiográficas e legais; Realizar consultas e atendimentos médicos para levantar hipóteses e diagnósticos, solicitar exames complementares, interpretar dados de exame clínico e complementares e assegurar a reabilitação física do trabalhador de acordo com os procedimentos legais trabalhistas e previdenciários; Realizar avaliação clínica para emissão de Atestados de Saúde Ocupacional (admissional, periódico, mudança de função, retorno ao trabalho e demissional) e analisar resultados, realizando plano de ação para acompanhamento e melhorias; Emitir anualmente o relatório do Programa de Controle Médico de Saúde Ocupacional (PCMSO); Interpretar normas técnicas e regulamentos legais para entender como cumpri-los adequadamente e quando cabível elaborar impugnações e contestações de afastamento derivados do NTEP (Nexo Técnico-Epidemiológico), fornecendo subsídios do histórico de saúde ocupacional do colaborador e do ambiente de trabalho; Validar e garantir a aplicação da Análise Ergonômica do Trabalho e realizar orientações posturais trabalhando na prevenção de desconforto ou queixas relacionadas ao trabalho; Participar da investigação de acidentes, analisar e propor ações que visem a eliminação e/ou redução das ocorrências ou de doenças ocupacionais;Atuar como responsável técnico pelo Ambulatório Médico junto à ANVISA (Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária) e possuir Registro de Qualificação de Especialista (RQE) junto ao CRM (Conselho Regional de Medicina), garantindo a conformidade exigida por lei;Participar de campanhas e programas para prevenção, manutenção e promoção da saúde dos funcionários, SIPAT, campanhas mensais de saúde e outros;  Proporcionar suporte e assistência médica necessária aos colaboradores, orientando acerca de procedimentos médicos (medicina assistencialista); Realizar interface com a operadora de saúde em casos delicados, que necessitam de tratativas específicas.
