O(a) Médico(a) Plantonista tem papel fundamental na continuidade de cuidados e atenção aos pacientes internados para Cuidados Paliativos ou Reabilitação na Clínica Florence, com o objetivo de garantir a melhor experiência destes durante todo o período de internamento. Além disso, é função primordial do médico(a) plantonista estar atento ao controle de alterações agudas no estado clínico dos pacientes sob sua vigilância.O profissional será exposto a uma ampla gama de situações que lhe permitirão exercício de diferentes competências, dentre elas o manejo das descompensações agudas dos pacientes, discernimento na tomada de decisões, boa capacidade de comunicação com equipe Multidisciplinar e com o núcleo do cuidado (paciente/familiares), além de seguir alinhamento do pano terapêutico dos pacientes proposto pelo Médico(a) Diarista assistente. Esse papel será exercido dentro de uma organização de saúde vibrante, pioneira em sua área de atuação e em crescimento constante.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir cobertura da assistência aos pacientes internados em turnos de 6h ou 12h, garantindo comunicação adequada, com foco na segurança do paciente, efetividade clínica e bom clima de trabalho em equipeRealizar evoluções e prescrições médicas dos pacientes internados, quando solicitadas pelos seus respectivos diaristas assistentes;Solicitação e interpretação de exames complementares dos pacientes internados diante de intercorrências agudas, na ausência do diarista assistente, devendo comunicar a este ou ao sobreaviso e compartilhar tomada de decisão (transferência ou não);Garantir transição do cuidado com segurança, mantendo fluxo efetivo da informação com os diaristas; Respeitar as prescrições e tratamentos indicados ao paciente pelo Médico Diarista, discutindo com o mesmo em quaisquer casos de dúvidas; Acolher familiares e pacientes em sofrimento;Seguir os protocolos e procedimentos estabelecidos na Clínica Florence.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Medicina; Residência/Título de especialidade em Clínica Médica ou Medicina Intensiva;Carteira do conselho profissional;Experiência no cuidado de pacientes críticos ou pós – agudos (semi-intensivas ou enfermas pós alta de unidades de terapia intensiva).Informações adicionaisPlano de Saúde e OdontológicoTreinamentos técnicos e comportamentais específicos para a função;Biblioteca Comunitária;Clube de Benefícios com descontos em compras com parceiros comerciais;Espaço de Repouso exclusivo e climatizado para uso durante a intrajornada de trabalho;Refeições balanceadas, preparadas pela equipe da cozinha;Copa do Colaborador com disponibilidade de frutas, lanches e café;Wellhub (Gympass)Bem-Estar: Ações direcionadas à integração e saúde (física e emocional) como programas:Cuidando de quem Cuida;Ginástica Laboral;Quick Massage;Sexta-feira Gourmet;Programa de reconhecimento "Passaporte do Cuidador".
