Sua atuação é fundamental para garantir diagnósticos precisos e contribuir com o plano terapêutico dos pacientes atendidos pelo corpo clínico.1. Análise de Amostras BiológicasHematologia:Realizar hemogramas completos para avaliar a saúde das células sanguíneas (hemácias, leucócitos e plaquetas);Identificar anemias, infecções e outras alterações hematológicas.Bioquímica Clínica:Analisar substâncias químicas no sangue (enzimas, eletrólitos, proteínas, entre outros) para avaliar a função de órgãos como fígado, rins e pâncreas.Urinálise:Examinar amostras de urina para detectar infecções urinárias, doenças renais e alterações metabólicas.Análise de Fluidos Corporais:Realizar exames em líquido cefalorraquidiano, líquido sinovial e efusões cavitárias, auxiliando no diagnóstico diferencial de diversas doenças.Citologia:Examinar amostras celulares obtidas por punções ou raspados, para diagnóstico de processos inflamatórios, infecciosos ou neoplásicos.Microbiologia:Realizar cultivos e testes microbiológicos para identificar bactérias e outros microrganismos causadores de infecções.Imunologia:Executar testes imunológicos para detecção de doenças infecciosas, mensuração de níveis de anticorpos e avaliação de respostas imunes.2. Interpretação de ResultadosCorrelacionar os resultados laboratoriais com os sinais clínicos e histórico do paciente;Elaborar laudos diagnósticos claros, completos e precisos, auxiliando o médico veterinário clínico na tomada de decisão terapêutica.3. Colaboração com o Corpo ClínicoOferecer suporte técnico a outros médicos veterinários, auxiliando na interpretação de resultados e indicação de exames complementares;Participar de discussões clínicas e reuniões multidisciplinares, contribuindo para a definição de condutas diagnósticas e terapêuticas.4. Controle de Qualidade e Rotina LaboratorialAssegurar a precisão e a qualidade dos exames laboratoriais, seguindo protocolos e normas técnicas estabelecidas;Realizar a manutenção e calibração periódica dos equipamentos laboratoriais;Manter o ambiente de trabalho organizado e em conformidade com normas de biossegurança.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Medicina Veterinária;Pós-graduação e/ou residência em Patologia Clínica Veterinária;Registro ativo no CRMV;Desejável experiência prévia em laboratório clínico veterinário ou hospital de ensino.Informações adicionaisDomínio das técnicas laboratoriais em hematologia, bioquímica, citologia e urinálise;Capacidade de elaborar laudos técnicos detalhados e embasados cientificamente;Conhecimento em biossegurança e controle de qualidade laboratorial.Boa comunicação técnica e escrita;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Capacidade de trabalho em equipe e colaboração com o corpo clínico;Proatividade, empatia e interesse constante em atualização profissional.
