Prestar atendimento nas enfermarias, centro cirúrgico, Unidade de Terapia Intensiva do Hospital Municipal Pedro II.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtender cirurgia vascular no serviço de emergência e cirurgias eletivas conforme necessidade do serviço;Atender solicitações de outros Médicos para avaliações, respondendo pareceres nas diversas clinicas do hospital, tal como na emergência, enfermarias e UTI (Unidade de Terapia Intensiva); Fornecer atestado médico, seguindo as normas do código de ética médica, de acordo com a patologia e/ou profissão do paciente, quando for indicação médica; Respeitar e executar as normas e as orientações do Médico Coordenador da sua área e da Instituição; Executar outras solicitações que forem feitas em relação a sua área de atuação, feitas pela coordenação médica ou técnica do Hospital; Receber e atender familiares e/ou acompanhantes fornecendo as informações e esclarecimentos que se fizerem necessários, quando solicitado; Esclarecer o paciente sobre sua patologia, evolução, riscos e tratamento; Solicitar transferência e remoção para aqueles pacientes que não tenham especialidades e recursos técnicos para resolução de sua patologia neste Hospital, com contato Médico quando necessário; Prescrever e evoluir os pacientes de sua especialidade na enfermaria, quando necessário ou a pedido da coordenação médica; Preencher adequadamente a ficha de atendimento, que deve conter o histórico do paciente, a hipótese diagnóstica, com os exames e/ou medicações realizadas, a evolução e a alta ou internação, bem como preencher a AIH corretamente com CID e procedimentos corretos dentro das patologias; Atuar de acordo com orientações do Conselho Regional de Medicina e do Regimento Interno deste Hospital; Atender pareceres da clinica médica, cirurgia geral, ortopedia, UTI, emergência e outros setores do hospital, que necessitem de avaliação do cirurgião geral, principalmente em caso de urgência e emergência, se necessário na ausência dos diaristas; Realizar as atividades de área/setor, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Medicina;Residência Médica ou Título de Especialista na área;Registro ativo no conselho de classe;RQE Cirurgia Vascular;Experiência mínima de 06 (seis) meses comprovada na função. Informações adicionaisProfissionais de empresas parceiras, fornecedores e/ou prestadores de serviços, vínculo com grau de parentesco ou afinidade no mesmo serviço ou que atuam em outra modalidade contratual (vínculo com o prestador), deverão observar normativas de RH vigentes, através de consulta junto ao setor de Recrutamento e Seleção.Benefícios:Alimentação no Local;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica (adesão facultativa);Assistência Odontológica (adesão facultativa);Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.Auxilio Creche;Gratificação de plantão de final de semana;(Período considerado: sexta-feira, 19h, até segunda-feira, 7h)Insalubridade: 20% do salário mínimo;Adicional noturno: 20% sobre a hora trabalhada, das 22h às 7h.Local de trabalho:Hospital Municipal Pedro II - CER Santa Cruz;Bairro: Santa Cruz - RJ;Escala: Plantonista 12 horas - Diurno (07:00 às 19:00) / Noturno 19:00 às 07:00 ou Rotina - 10 horas.
