Vaga PJ para médico consultor de Gestão de Saúde para atuação em conjunto com o time de saúde alocado no cliente, com um olhar consultivo sobre o benefício saúde com análise dos indicadores e utilização, propondo ações de saúde para melhora do contrato e acompanhamento de casos críticos.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesresponsabilidades: Analisar os indicadores de utilização da empresa e os casos de destaque do sinistro, avaliando histórico desses casos, identificando o perfil de saúde dos beneficiários desses clientes e as especialidades médicas de maior incidência, recomendando ações para melhorar os indicadores de saúde observados na sinistralidade;Interagir com a área médica das Operadoras/Seguradoras, para levantamento de informações e avaliação dos casos de longa internação, visando definir ações conjuntas com o Médico da empresa para redução dos custos do evento e potencial desfecho.Acompanhamento dos casos excepcionais dos clientes, como Home Care, Liminar, Inativos e etc, visando definir ações conjuntas com o Médico e/ou RH do cliente para gestão desses casos.Analisar o BI It´s Acrisure com o objetivo de identificar possíveis inconsistências encontradas nas utilizações, solicitar esclarecimentos as Operadoras/Seguradoras e realizar contatos periódicos para esclarecimentos.Definir, em conjunto com os coordenadores de Gestão de Saúde, os programas mais adequados para cada cliente, de acordo com o perfil de saúde identificado e o potencial de risco e eventos de alto custo.Interagir com as áreas de Auditoria Médica das Operadoras para analisar os eventos de alto custo através da avaliação dos registros da documentação do Médico responsável e dos exames e materiais especiais solicitados, visando identificar alguma relação das atividades profissionais dos pacientes com o tratamento estabelecido.Interagir com a área de Saúde Ocupacional do cliente, com o objetivo de analisar os indicadores, integrá-los com saúde assistencial e propor ações efetivas.Participar ativamente dos Comitês de Saúde do cliente apresentando os indicadores, análise médica e considerações da consultoria.Elaboração de protocolos para segunda opinião médica, bem como tratamentos especiais em conjunto com a Operadora/Seguradora, com apoio dos Ambulatórios da empresa, quando aplicável.Conduzir reuniões técnicas com a operadoras/seguradoras para discussão dos casos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesrequisito:Excel avançadoFormação Completa em Medicina;Conhecimento em Saúde SuplementarCRM ativoInformações adicionaisHorário de trabalho: 08h as 12h - 12h semanais -Local de trabalho: Avenida Daniel de La Touche, 1502 - Cantinho do Céu, São Luis - MA
