Desempenhar suas atividades, respeitando os princípios do Código de Ética Médica e cumprir as normas de trabalho designadas pelo regulamento interno da Microrregião Vila Maria / Vila Guilherme; tendo como objetivo a realização de consultas, inter-consultas e teleconsultas médicas através de plataforma apropriada ou atendimento presencial em Unidade especifica, garantindo a privacidade e sigilo do paciente e aumentando a resolutividade das Unidades Basicas de Saúde e qualificando os encaminhamentos aos ambulatórios de especialidades, visando garantir a qualidade dos serviços prestados.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesempenhar suas atividades, respeitando os princípios do Código de Ética Médica e cumprir as normas de trabalho designadas pelo regulamento interno da Microrregião Vila Maria / Vila Guilherme;Prestar cuidados ao paciente, respeitando as orientações do médico assistente, e comunicar a este sobre modificações importantes no quadro evolutivo do mesmo;Prestar informações médicas aos acompanhantes, familiares, responsáveis ou usuario, de acordo com sua capacidade de compreensão, quando solicitado e/ou necessário, em conformidade com orientação do médico assistente;Efetuar o planejamento das admissões e altas em conjunto com a equipe multiprofissional e supervisionar os cuidados clínicos efetuados na unidade;Manter a chefia e equipe informada sobre as atividades e problemas sob sua responsabilidade;Detectar e comunicar aos órgãos competentes a existência de doenças de notificação compulsória;Participar de reuniões clínicas e administrativas para promover o aperfeiçoamento do serviço, bem como de eventos externo-internos, quando solicitado;Participar de programas de qualidade da unidade, incluindo coleta de informações;Colaborar e participar na implementação de protocolos de pesquisa e ensino;Interagir com os demais departamentos da instituição e áreas envolvidas no atendimento ao paciente, buscando o aprimoramento técnico e troca de experiências para melhoria constante das atividades da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Medicina; Residência Completa em Dermatologia;Desejável MBA em cursos relacionados à Dermatologia; CRM Ativo; Registro do Título de Especialista no CREMESP - RQE.
