Buscamos profissionais engajados, comprometidos com o cuidado com o outro e que compartilhem de nossa missão de promover qualidade de vida, prevenção e suporte à saúde de todos que fazem parte da nossa empresa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar, implementar e acompanhar o PCMSO e demais programas relacionados à saúde e segurança ocupacional;Planejar e realizar exames ocupacionais (admissionais, periódicos, de retorno ao trabalho e demissionais), consultas e atendimentos médicos, incluindo atendimentos assistenciais, de urgência e emergência quando necessário;Avaliar condições de saúde dos colaboradores, interpretar exames clínicos e complementares, realizar diagnósticos e indicar tratamentos ou encaminhamentos adequados;Analisar atestados, afastamentos e licenças médicas, orientando quanto ao retorno ao trabalho, readaptação funcional e encaminhamentos previdenciários;Manter atualizados os prontuários médicos, laudos e documentos técnicos, garantindo o sigilo e a confidencialidade das informações;Elaborar laudos, relatórios técnicos e documentos relacionados à saúde ocupacional, incluindo avaliações para aposentadoria e classificação de pessoas com deficiência;Monitorar e divulgar indicadores de saúde e segurança, contribuindo para a análise de resultados e definição de ações preventivas e corretivas;Gerenciar os custos da área de saúde ocupacional, acompanhando despesas e indicadores de sinistralidade;Atuar de forma integrada com diferentes áreas e profissionais, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua das condições de saúde, segurança e bem-estar dos colaboradores.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em medicina com especialização em Medicina do Trabalho;CRM ativo e RQE (Registro de Qualificação de Especialista);Experiênciana área ocupacional, preferencialmente em ambiente industrial;Inglês avançado (par conversação);Disponibilidade para atuar em turnos (30 horas semanais)Informações adicionaisCom mais de 400 anos de história o Grupo Sumitomo vem deixando marcas e legados e há 10 anos, chegou ao Brasil para somar forças da cultura japonesa com a cultura brasileira e prosperar ainda mais em seus negócios.Buscando desafios, sendo confiáveis e valorizando um ao outro, conforme seus valores, a Sumitomo Rubber do Brasil procura profissionais alinhados a esta cultura e dispostos a juntos, fazer o mundo girar através da fabricação dos pneus Dunlop, Falken e Sumitomo.Na Sumitomo Rubber do Brasil nós valorizamos e promovemos uma cultura diversa e inclusiva.
