Realizar atividades da especialidade de dermatologia, conforme diretrizes da Instituição, Ministério da Saúde e Secretaria Municipal da Saúde. Emitir diagnóstico, relacionado a patologias clinicas do aparelho digestivo, aplicando recursos de medicina preventiva ou terapêutica. Exposição habitual e permanente, não ocasional e nem intermitente, ao risco biológico (Vírus e Bactérias).SOBRE O HOSPITAL PEDRO II - CER SANTA CRUZDesde dezembro de 2015, a SPDM/PAIS é responsável, em parceria com a Secretaria Municipal de Saúde do Rio de Janeiro, pelo gerenciamento do Hospital Municipal Pedro II.A infraestrutura do Hospital conta com dez andares, nos quais estão distribuídos os serviços de emergência e de Unidade de Tratamento Intensivo (UTI) adulta, pediátrica e neonatal; maternidade; clínica médica, cirurgia-geral e bucomaxilofacial, neurocirurgia, psiquiatria, pediatria e ortopedia. Exames de imagem (raio X, tomografia, ultrassonografia, eletrocardiografia, ecocardiografia) e laboratoriais também são realizados na unidade.Devido à grande população de idosos da Zona Oeste, região assistida pelo Hospital Municipal Pedro II (HMPII), há duas Enfermarias destinadas ao atendimento desse público.O Centro de Tratamento de Queimados é outro diferencial entre os serviços oferecidos, e que dispõe de uma UTI exclusiva para prevenir infecções, que podem ser muito graves para quem está com queimaduras.Além disso, a unidade conta com a Coordenação de Emergência Regional (CER) Santa Cruz, que possui 39 leitos, e tem como objetivo absorver as demandas de menor complexidade, deixando o HMPII liberado para os casos de risco iminente de morte, necessidade de cirurgia urgente e/ou internação. Um diferencial deste CER é o fato de possuir atendimento especializado em Psiquiatria e Obstetrícia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar consulta e atendimento médico, anamnese, exame físico, propedêutica instrumental referente as patologias do sistema digestivo; Interpretar dados de exame clínico e exames complementares e diagnosticar estado de saúde; Discutir diagnóstico, prognóstico, tratamento e prevenção com usuários, responsáveis e familiares; Planejar e prescrever tratamento e praticar intervenções clínicas e cirúrgicas quando couber; Prescrever medicamentos, hemoderivados e cuidados especiais; Implementar ações para promoção da saúde, elaborar e avaliar prontuários, emitir receitas; Participar de equipes interdisciplinares e multiprofissionais, realizando atividades em conjunto, tais como: discussão de casos, reuniões administrativas, matriciamento, etc; Participar, conforme a política interna da Secretaria Municipal da Saúde (SMS), de projetos, cursos, eventos, comissões, convênios e programas de ensino, pesquisa e extensão; Elaborar relatórios e laudos técnicos em sua área de especialidade; Preencher adequadamente e de forma legível todos os formulários padronizados pelo serviço manualmente ou de forma digital;Registrar Estatística Internacional de Doenças (CID) e justificativas nos Serviços de Apoio Diagnóstico Terapêutico (SADT) e guias de referência; Sinalizar prioridade de encaminhamento nas solicitações (alta, média ou baixa); Realizar as atividades de área/setor, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em MedicinaResidência Médica ou Título de Especialista em Gastroenterologia;Registro Ativo no Conselho da Classe;RQE na especialização.Informações adicionaisProfissionais de empresas parceiras, fornecedores e/ou prestadores de serviços, vínculo com grau de parentesco ou afinidade no mesmo serviço ou que atuam em outra modalidade contratual (vínculo com o prestador), deverão observar normativas de RH vigentes, através de consulta junto ao setor de Recrutamento e Seleção.Benefícios:Alimentação no Local;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica (adesão facultativa);Assistência Odontológica (adesão facultativa);Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.Auxilio Creche;Gratificação de plantão de final de semana;(Período considerado: sexta-feira, 19h, até segunda-feira, 7h)Insalubridade: 20% do salário mínimo;Adicional noturno: 20% sobre a hora trabalhada, das 22h às 7h.Local de trabalho:Hospital Municipal Pedro II - CER Santa Cruz;Bairro: Santa Cruz - RJ;Escala: Plantonista 12 horas - Diurno (07:00 às 19:00) / Noturno 19:00 às 07:00 ou Rotina - 10 horas.
